Overview

The Armac G2000 is the ARMANET smart Wi-Fi camera — a 1080P high-definition security device powered by an on-board AI engine that performs face recognition, motion detection, and anomaly alerting directly on the hardware. It is engineered for homes, offices, and small-to-medium businesses that require enterprise-grade intelligence in a consumer-ready form factor.

AI on the Device, Not in the Cloud

Conventional smart cameras stream footage to a cloud server for analysis — introducing latency, bandwidth costs, and privacy exposure. The G2000 reverses this model entirely: its on-device AI processor handles face recognition, motion classification, and alert generation locally. The core security functions operate with or without internet connectivity, and the camera data remains on your network by default.

1080P with Wide Dynamic Range

The 1/2.9-inch progressive CMOS sensor delivers 1920 × 1080 resolution with wide dynamic range processing — ensuring usable footage in high-contrast scenes such as entrances with bright backlight, hallways with mixed lighting, and windows with direct sunlight. Every frame is sharp enough for facial identification at typical room distances.

360-Degree Panoramic Coverage

With a 360-degree horizontal field of view, a single G2000 covers an entire room — eliminating the blind spots that conventional fixed-lens cameras leave behind. The intelligent tracking feature follows moving subjects automatically, keeping the person of interest in frame without manual pan control.

Face Recognition — Built In

The G2000 enrolls up to 100 faces directly on the device. Family members, office staff, and regular visitors are recognized and logged by name. Unknown faces trigger instant alerts to the ARMANET mobile app. When integrated with the full ARMANET platform, the G2000 becomes a node in a multi-camera face-recognition network — with centralized watchlists, Arabic-language dashboards, and enterprise-grade reporting.

Night Vision

An array of infrared LEDs provides clear footage in complete darkness up to 10 meters. The system automatically switches between day and night modes based on ambient light levels — no manual configuration required.

Two-Way Audio

The built-in microphone and speaker enable real-time two-way communication. Speak to visitors, warn intruders, or communicate with family members from anywhere through the mobile app.

Local Storage First

A microSD slot supports up to 128GB of local storage — enough for weeks of continuous 1080P recording. Footage is stored on your card, inside your device, on your network. An optional ARMANET cloud backup tier is available for customers who want an off-site copy, but it is disabled by default and activated only by explicit choice.

Physical Privacy Shutter

A mechanical lens shutter closes on command — physically blocking the camera sensor. When privacy mode is active, no image is captured, no frame is processed, and no data is transmitted. The shutter position is visible from across the room, so anyone present can verify the camera is off.

Who It Is For

  • Homes: Know who entered, when, and receive alerts only for faces the system does not recognize — not every passing shadow or swaying curtain.
  • Offices and clinics: Monitor entrances and restricted areas with identity-verified access logs, without deploying enterprise access-control hardware.
  • Retail branches: Track visitor presence, monitor after-hours entries, and maintain a visual record that feeds directly into the ARMANET analytics platform.
  • Warehouses and storage: 360-degree coverage from a single mounting point reduces the camera count per zone — lowering both hardware and installation cost.

Ecosystem Integration

Deployed standalone, the G2000 is a complete smart-camera solution with the ARMANET mobile app for iOS and Android. Connected to the ARMANET platform, it becomes part of a unified security and intelligence network — feeding face-recognition events, motion data, and occupancy signals into the same Arabic-language dashboard that runs every other ARMANET product. One app, one platform, one source of truth.
