Overview

ARVORA is the ARMANET vehicle intelligence system — a real-time analytics layer that reads, classifies, tracks, and manages every vehicle passing through any camera on your network. It converts existing CCTV infrastructure into a live vehicle database: every plate captured, every entry logged, every movement searchable in seconds.

License Plate Recognition — Arabic Native

The core engine reads license plates in Arabic and Latin scripts, with dedicated training on Egyptian plate formats and typographies. Egyptian plates present challenges that generic systems miss: the mixture of Arabic letters and numerals, the specific font designs, the regional variations, the dust and reflection conditions on Egyptian roads. ARVORA was built for these conditions from the ground up — not adapted to them after the fact.

Processing happens locally. No plate image crosses the internet. No cloud service reads the vehicles entering your facility. Every capture, every match, every alert stays inside your network.

Vehicle Detection and Classification

Beyond plates, ARVORA classifies every vehicle by type: sedan, SUV, pickup, van, light truck, heavy truck, bus, motorcycle. For logistics operations, this distinction matters — knowing that 40 motorcycles and 3 trucks entered a loading zone tells a different story than 43 vehicles. Classification feeds directly into zone-based analytics and capacity planning.

The system also detects and logs vehicle attributes: color, make model where visible, direction of travel, and speed estimation within camera field of view. Every detection is timestamped, geo-tagged to the specific camera, and stored with the capture image for audit purposes.

Allow and Deny Lists

Manage access without physical barriers. Register approved vehicles on the Allow list — they pass through gates and checkpoints with automated logging. Flag vehicles on the Deny list — the system triggers an instant alert to security personnel the moment a flagged plate appears on any camera. Maintain a VIP list for vehicles requiring notification rather than alarm.

Lists update in real time. Add a plate from the dashboard, a mobile device, or through the REST API — the change takes effect on the next frame processed.

Vehicle Search — Seconds, Not Hours

When an incident occurs, investigators need answers immediately. ARVORA provides a single search interface across every camera on the network: search by plate number, by date range, by time window, by camera location, by vehicle type, by color, or by any combination. Results return in seconds — with the capture image, the exact timestamp, and the camera location attached.

With the Foblax research partnership, natural-language search in Arabic is under active development: asking the system directly — in Arabic — which vehicles entered a specific gate during a specific hour, and receiving a structured answer.

Movement Tracking

Follow a vehicle across your entire camera network. When a plate is detected on Camera 1, ARVORA predicts which cameras the vehicle is likely to appear on next, and tracks its route through the facility — building a complete movement timeline: where it entered, which zones it passed through, where it stopped, when it exited.

For security operations, this capability collapses investigation timelines from hours of manual footage review to seconds of automated route reconstruction.

Traffic Analytics

ARVORA continuously measures traffic flow across monitored zones: vehicle density per zone, peak-hour patterns, average dwell time at gates and checkpoints, and directional flow analysis. The analytics dashboard presents this data in Arabic, with trend lines, heatmaps, and comparative views across days, weeks, and months.

For facility managers, this means answers: which entrance experiences the most congestion at 8 AM, which loading dock sees the longest truck queue, which parking zone operates at 95% capacity while the adjacent one sits at 40%.

Smart Parking

ARVORA delivers real-time visibility into every parking area. The system detects occupied and available slots, identifies double parking the moment it occurs, and flags vehicles blocking entrances, exits, or emergency access lanes. Live occupancy counts — displayed at entrance points — guide drivers to available zones before they enter, reducing circulation time and congestion.

When a vehicle overstays its permitted duration or parks in a restricted zone, the system alerts facility management with the exact slot, the plate number, and the duration.

On Every Camera. In Every Zone.

ARVORA runs on the cameras you have already installed — ONVIF-compliant devices, Hikvision, Dahua, CP Plus. No proprietary hardware. No dedicated LPR cameras required (though dedicated LPR cameras improve capture rates at high-speed gates). No rip-and-replace of existing infrastructure.

Processing happens at the edge or on a local server — your choice, based on camera count and processing load. In either configuration, the system operates with or without internet connectivity.

Part of the ARMANET Platform

ARVORA does not operate in isolation. When integrated with ArmaFace, the system pairs vehicle identity with driver identity — the car and the person behind the wheel, captured and correlated in a single event. When integrated with the ARMANET analytics platform, vehicle data feeds the same Arabic-language dashboard that runs your retail, safety, and compliance analytics.

One platform. One dashboard. One source of truth — for everything that moves through your facility.

Who It Is For

  • Gated communities and residential compounds: Know every vehicle that enters, manage visitor access, and search any plate in seconds when a resident reports an incident.
  • Factories and industrial zones: Track truck logistics, monitor loading dock queues, and enforce restricted-area access for specific vehicle types.
  • Government and diplomatic facilities: Maintain complete vehicle records, enforce Deny lists, and reconstruct movement routes for security investigations.
  • Malls and commercial centers: Optimize parking utilization, monitor traffic flow at entrances, and provide live occupancy guidance to visitors.
  • Logistics and warehousing: Document every truck entry and exit, measure turnaround times, and maintain searchable records for supply chain audits.

The Local Advantage

International vehicle-analytics platforms operating in this market process plates on foreign servers, in foreign languages, with foreign training data. When a plate capture requires internet connectivity to a cloud service, the system has a single point of failure — and a data sovereignty problem. ARVORA eliminates both: every plate, every image, every search query, and every alert stays inside your network, on your infrastructure, under your control.

The Arabic LPR engine is trained and maintained locally. The reporting is Arabic-first. The support is from Cairo, not a ticket queue in another timezone. This is a system built for this market — not shipped to it.
